Research Licensing Administrator

I am currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-established organisation in Bristol Central on a temporary, full-time basis. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team 
  • Maintain and update documentation related to supplier agreements, contract renewals, and internal records
  • Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines 
  • Monitor and manage incoming correspondence and shared inboxes
  • Arrange internal and external meetings and calls
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take notes.
  • Managing documentation, improving documentation processes
  • Escalate any urgent issues 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong administrative experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
