I am currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-established organisation in Bristol Central on a temporary, full-time basis.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide administrative support to the wider team
- Maintain and update documentation related to supplier agreements, contract renewals, and internal records
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines
- Monitor and manage incoming correspondence and shared inboxes
- Arrange internal and external meetings and calls
- Prepare meeting agendas and take notes.
- Managing documentation, improving documentation processes
- Escalate any urgent issues
- Strong administrative experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Calm, organised, and self-directed.
- Quick to adapt to new systems, tasks, and workflows.
- Reliable, conscientious, and professional.
