Key Responsibilities:- Working on the production line across different stages of the manufacturing process.
- Following standard operating procedures and quality checks.
- Ensuring attention to detail and precision during production.
- Keeping the workspace clean and safe.
Full training is provided - you just need to be a quick learner and comfortable working in a technical, process-driven role. Please note: This role does not involve heavy lifting.
Candidate Requirements:- Must have own transport due to location (unless based in Thornbury).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and team-focused.
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekly rotating shifts:
- Early shift: 6am - 2pm.
- Late shift: 2pm - 10pm.
- Must be available to work one Saturday per month (paid at a premium overtime rate).
- £13.40 per hour for the first 37.5 hours (Monday-Friday).
- Enhanced overtime pay for weekend and additional hours.
- Free on-site parking.

- 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays (after 12 weeks).
- Opportunity to progress to a permanent position after successful probation.
