?? What You'll Be Doing - And Why You'll Love It
  • Take the lead: Plan and deliver statutory audits for a wide mix of corporate clients-from exciting startups to established industry leaders.

  • Own the room: Be the face of the firm on-site, leading larger, more complex assignments and managing the audit team to deliver top-tier work.

  • Think bigger: Work closely with managers and partners on high-level projects and advisory work that go beyond compliance.

  • Mentor & inspire: Guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and helping to shape the next generation of auditors.

  • Build real relationships: You'll work closely with clients, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their challenges and goals.

  • Spot opportunities: Identify technical or commercial issues and bring practical, value-adding solutions to the table.

  • Grow your own portfolio: Take ownership of a small portfolio of clients, with plenty of room to expand.

?? What We're Looking For
  • ACA / ACCA qualified, or nearly qualified with strong practice experience

  • Solid experience in statutory audit within an accountancy firm

  • Exposure to group audits and consolidated accounts a plus (but not essential)

  • A natural leader and communicator who thrives working with people

  • Organised, proactive, and hungry to grow

  • Confident using audit and accounting software

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable, but not a dealbreaker
