A leading organisation undergoing significant finance transformation is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Transformation Project Manager to support and accelerate key change initiatives across process, systems, and reporting.
This role will be pivotal in driving operational improvements, enhancing finance effectiveness, and ensuring compliance during a period of strategic change.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead critical workstreams across Finance Transformation, with a particular focus on lease accounting (IFRS 16) and process optimisation.

Act as the bridge between Finance, IT, and Project teams to align on key deliverables.

Support system and reporting improvements, including data quality, process automation, and control design.

Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business to embed sustainable change.

Ensure alignment with compliance, audit, and accounting standards.

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Strong track record in Finance Transformation, ideally within mid-large corporates or complex organisations.

Working knowledge of IFRS 16 lease accounting.

Confident communicator, able to work with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Hands-on, delivery-focused approach — comfortable working at pace.
