About the clientMorgan Law are seeking an interim Head of Finance for a Charity in the Bristol area.
Accountabilities
- Management of the FA and Payments team and support with everyday tasks.
- Support with the completion of the annual report and accounts.
- Work closely with the FA and Interim FA to ensure data is captured correctly so that the charity's partial VAT is correctly calculated.
- Work closely with the Finance System Implementation Support role to maintain the system integrity
- Support payments team in understanding how to set up invoice templates appropriately
- Support FP&R team in wider comms to charity about changes to VAT capture and reporting
Candidate Requirements
- Fully qualified CCAB/CIMA accountant
- Qualified Accountant with several years PQE and charity experience
- Very strong charity VAT knowledge and understanding
- Assertive and strong communication skills with excellent listening skills together with persuasive analytical skills
