Working closely with the Senior Management team, you'll deliver comprehensive taxation advice to a diverse range of clients including business owners, property landlords, and high net worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Expertise -

  • Advise clients on tax queries including benefit and reward packages
  • Handle international employment matters (depending on experience)
  • Manage National Minimum Wage (NMW) and Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) enquiries
  • Provide guidance on general employment tax matters
  • Support businesses with employment tax issues during acquisitions and sales

Advisory Services -

  • Remuneration planning including share incentivisation schemes
  • Capital tax planning, with focus on inheritance tax
  • Property tax projects and advisory work
  • International tax issues and planning
  • General personal tax compliance and advisory services

Team Development -

  • Develop and coach trainee tax accountants
  • Mentor junior team members to become accomplished business advisors
  • Contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing

The Individual:

Essential Requirements -

  • Appropriate professional qualifications with private client/personal tax experience
  • Strong background in employment tax matters
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships
  • Proven people management skills with passion for developing and coaching teams
  • Commitment to contributing towards continued success and growth
