Finishing Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join a major Grade II listed redevelopment project in the heart of Bristol. This role is working on behalf of our client — a respected specialist contractor renowned for delivering high-quality and technically complex schemes across the UK.

• Oversee and manage all finishing works on-site to the highest standard.

• Interpret and interrogate technical design drawings with confidence.

• Collaborate with site and design teams to ensure accurate implementation of detailed drawings and coordination packages.

• Identify and resolve technical queries and discrepancies on site.

• Monitor and report progress, maintaining quality control and ensuring timely delivery of finishing works.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction drawings and detailing.

• Proven experience managing finishes on heritage or complex refurbishment projects.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including subcontractors, architects, and consultants.

• Detail-focused with a strong understanding of quality expectations on high-spec builds.

This is a contract role with immediate start, offering a competitive rate of up to £260 per day. The position is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of finishes on a landmark scheme in Bristol with a specialist contractor known for excellence.
