QTS or PGCE with experience teaching KS1

Strong classroom management skills with a calm, consistent approach

A kind, warm, and nurturing nature with a genuine commitment to pupil wellbeing

Confidence delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and progress

An ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team

Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
