MDE Recruitment is working with a leading organisation within the automotive sector, currently seeking an Administrator to join their busy operations team. This role will begin on a temporary basis with the strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role

As an Administrator, you'll be supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced vehicle environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail who is looking to build a long-term career within a dynamic sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update vehicle data into internal systems.
  • Prepare and check documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure all information is correct and compliant.
  • Assist with the production of digital and physical sales materials.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Carry out general office administration tasks and support the wider team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage priorities.
  • Experience within automotive, logistics, or auction industries would be advantageous, but not essential.
