Your new companyOur client, a leading international legal business, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Bids Executive to support business growth activities for the organisation. Your role will include assisting on larger bids and taking sole responsibility for delivering standard questionnaires and proactive capability documents. You will also play a key role in the continuous improvement of processes.Your new roleYour key responsibilities will include supporting the team with major bids, forming part of the bid project team and carrying out tasks. You will produce pre-qualification questionnaires and due diligence questionnaires, engaging with colleagues across the business as appropriate. You will maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of incoming bids, current bids and BD opportunities and provide detailed monthly reports. You will proofread and format bids and BD documents, in line with style guides. You will support managers with internal risk management procedures and conflict-checking processes, handling confidential information with the organisation's data security protocols.What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience of coordinating bids and preparing pre-qualification and due diligence questionnaires. You will have an understanding of project management techniques, and be experienced in creating and managing project plans, with experience of managing multiple tasks and concurrent deadlines. You will have strong writing, proofreading and editing skills and the ability to adapt to different audiences and channels. You will have experience of taking comprehensive meeting notes and have knowledge of general design principles. You will also have good communication skills, be able to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders, and you will have excellent attention to detail.What you'll get in returnThis is a permanent position with an annual salary of £28,000 - £35,000.
