Description
The Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be:
- Assisting on high-value birth injury claims and complex quantum assessments
- Engaging directly with clients, taking clear and thorough instructions
- Supporting senior lawyers and partners in delivering exceptional client care
- Building strong internal team relationships and contributing to firm-wide goals
- Managing time recording, billing and performance KPIs effectively
Profile
The Clinical Negligence Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or legal executive with 0-2 years PQE
- Experienced in birth injury, high-value clinical negligence or serious personal injury work
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- A strong team player with a collaborative and positive attitude
