Commercial Property | 5PQE+ | Variety of Matters | Progressive Culture | Hybrid Progressive and well-established Bristol Legal 500 firm, looking to add an experienced Commercial Property solicitor to join their team. Excellent opportunity to take on high-quality commercial property work and play a key role in developing the team’s presence in the local market.The team is dynamic and close-knit, with 8 qualified fee earners, 2 Trainees, and 3 Secretaries. They advise a broad client base on complex and interesting matters across the region, known for delivering client-focused, forward-thinking advice.You’ll handle a full range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work, and portfolio sales and refinancing. You will also get to advise on corporate related property matters. You’ll be involved in supervising support staff, maintaining financial control over your caseload, and ensuring compliance with SAR and SRA regulations.  You should have a solid grounding in lease transactions, property sales and purchases, and property finance.
