What You'll Do:
- Lead and implement localised DEIB plans for Business Services and Legal Services.
- Support the Head of DEIB in shaping and delivering sub-agenda plans like Social Mobility.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence on various projects, including DEIB curriculum and policy development.
- Work with the L&D Team to create and run joint DEIB programmes.
- Ensure our policies promote greater inclusion and belonging.
- Develop DEIB objectives for procurement and supply chain relationships.
About You:
- Strong expertise in DEIB, including current trends and challenges.
- Experience designing and delivering evidence-based DEIB strategies internationally.
- Skilled in data analysis to inform strategies and measure impact.
- Proven ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Good understanding of Learning & Development and DEIB policies.
