Are you passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB)? We're looking for a dynamic DEIB Manager to drivemy clients global DEIB agenda and make a real impact!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and implement localised DEIB plans for Business Services and Legal Services.
  • Support the Head of DEIB in shaping and delivering sub-agenda plans like Social Mobility.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence on various projects, including DEIB curriculum and policy development.
  • Work with the L&D Team to create and run joint DEIB programmes.
  • Ensure our policies promote greater inclusion and belonging.
  • Develop DEIB objectives for procurement and supply chain relationships.

About You:

  • Strong expertise in DEIB, including current trends and challenges.
  • Experience designing and delivering evidence-based DEIB strategies internationally.
  • Skilled in data analysis to inform strategies and measure impact.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good understanding of Learning & Development and DEIB policies.
