Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Pay: £13,091.00 per year

Expected hours: 19 per week

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join our Baby Room/Preschool team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years, ensuring they are supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver stimulating activities to promote children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
Create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for all children.
Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress, ensuring effective communication with parents.
Support children’s personal care needs and ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times.

Person Specification:

Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Childcare and Learning (or equivalent).
Previous experience working with young children.
Passionate about early years education and child development.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
