DK Recruitment are supporting a growing organisation in their search for an experienced FP&A Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and wants to play a key role in strategic decision-making and performance analysis.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll lead and develop a small FP&A team, working closely with senior leadership to provide high-quality financial insight and modelling. Key responsibilities include:
  • Strategic modelling and performance analysis
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
  • Project modelling to support value optimisation
  • Cashflow management
  • Supporting project finance and debt-raise activities
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Background in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and delivering under pressure
  • A proactive, collaborative and analytical mindset
Desirable (not essential):
Exposure to project-based industries, development, or project finance.
