DK Recruitment are supporting a growing organisation in their search for an experienced FP&A Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and wants to play a key role in strategic decision-making and performance analysis.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll lead and develop a small FP&A team, working closely with senior leadership to provide high-quality financial insight and modelling. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic modelling and performance analysis
Budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
Project modelling to support value optimisation
Cashflow management
Supporting project finance and debt-raise activities

What we’re looking for:

Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
Background in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering
Experience working across multiple stakeholders
Comfortable managing competing priorities and delivering under pressure
A proactive, collaborative and analytical mindset

Desirable (not essential):
Exposure to project-based industries, development, or project finance.
