Multiskilled Plasterer - Bristol & Surrounding AreasYour new companyYou'll be working with a leading housing provider through Hays Recruitment, supporting their Repairs and Maintenance team in delivering safe, warm, and dry homes. The organisation is committed to providing great service and creating places residents are proud to live.Your new roleAs a Multiskilled Plasterer, you'll carry out complex repairs including damp and mould treatment, general plastering, and multi-trade tasks such as joinery, plumbing, tiling, mould washes/treatment and flooring coverings across Swindon and nearby areas. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service, ensuring homes are safe and fully functional.What you'll need to succeed

  • NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or equivalent
  • Proven competence in plastering and multi-trade skills (basic joinery, plumbing, tiling, mould treatment, flooring)
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally within social housing
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic DBS check (provided by the employer)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety

What you'll get in returnTemporary per hour £23.35 then moving to £36,838 per anum after 3 months.
