?? Salary: £26,000 - £27,000

?? Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (35 hrs/week)

What you'll be up to:

  • Managing a high volume of calls and emails to arrange customer appointments.
  • Responding to general customer queries in line with contract guidelines and company procedures.
  • Efficiently booking appointments into engineers’ schedules.
  • Organising urgent/emergency jobs, ensuring the right operative is sent based on location, skill, and availability.
  • Working to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Proactively solving any scheduling issues that may arise during the day.
  • Making sure all appointments meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Building positive relationships with your immediate team, wider Scheduling team, and engineers.
  • Contributing to the success of the team by supporting KPI goals and shared targets.

What we're looking for:

  • Friendly, professional communicator.
  • Organised multitasker with a cool head.
  • Problem-solver who loves a good challenge.
  • Comfortable using MS Office.
  • Experience in scheduling or energy/meters is a bonus—but not a dealbreaker!
