Full-Time | Long-Term | Immediate & Future Starts
We’re recruiting a full-time SEMH Teacher to join a supportive SEMH school in North Bristol. This is a long-term role working with children and young people who need consistent, patient and emotionally aware teaching to help them re-engage with learning.
This role suits a SEMH Teacher who understands that behaviour is communication, and who can stay calm, steady and reflective even on challenging days. Relationships come first in this school, and staff work closely together to create a safe, structured environment where pupils can rebuild trust and confidence.
The school supports pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, often alongside additional needs such as autism, ADHD, learning difficulties or experiences of trauma. Small class sizes and strong pastoral support allow teachers the time and space to teach in a meaningful way.
