If you are passionate about supporting pupils with complex needs and thrive in settings where every day brings new challenges and meaningful breakthroughs, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be joining highly supportive SEN environments that cater for pupils with a wide range of needs, including autism, SEMH, SLD/MLD, ADHD, sensory needs and associated challenging behaviours. These long-term roles offer the chance to build strong, consistent relationships and help children make sustained progress academically, socially and emotionally.

We’re looking for SEN teachers who:

• Hold QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
• Have proven experience in specialist settings or SEN-focused roles
• Are confident working with pupils who present challenging behaviours, dysregulation or complex communication needs
• Use trauma-informed, relationship-based and de-escalation approaches
• Can adapt lessons creatively for a wide range of learning profiles
• Build trust, structure and consistency in the classroom
• Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists and multi-agency professionals
• Demonstrate strong safeguarding awareness, resilience and emotional warmth
• Are committed to the long-term success and wellbeing of their pupils

The Roles:

• Long-term placements only – no day-to-day supply
• Work within specialist SEN schools, alternative provisions, PRUs and resource bases
• Full-class teaching, small group work or bespoke 1:1 teaching depending on the setting
• Opportunities to make deep, sustained impact over time
• Ideal for teachers who want consistency and the chance to see real progress

Why Apply Through Us:

• Competitive long-term placement pay, paid weekly
• No umbrella companies
• A range of SEN school placements matched to your experience and strengths
• Ongoing CPD including de-escalation, behaviour support and SEN-specific training
• A dedicated consultant who understands SEN settings and provides consistent support
• Opportunities to develop your skills across a variety of specialist provisions
• Referral bonuses for recommending other SEN professionals

If you’re an SEN Teacher who thrives in specialist environments, can remain calm under pressure and is motivated by helping pupils overcome barriers, we’d love to support you in finding the right long-term SEN role.
