As the Telesales Executive you will be responsible for maintaining, developing and expanding the level of sales within the current portfolio of customers whilst attracting new customers and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a healthy growth in sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Customer retention
- Inbound and outbound call handling Â
- Contact the existing portfolio of customer on a regular basis by phone and email
- Dealing with (and following up on) phone / online sales enquiries
- Maintain a healthy margin for profitability
- Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date in CRM to develop sales
What we're looking for:
- The ability to identify buying signals and sell products on their features and benefits Â
- Work under their own autonomy whilst using initiative
- Motivated target achiever
- Previous experience in a technical telesales role, ideal but not essential
- Ability to build and develop customer relationships
