Red Recruitment is recruiting a Charity Fundraiser to join a Bristol-based telephone fundraising agency.
This is a temporary position with an hourly rate of 12.21.
The suitable candidate will have previous customer service experience and strong communication skills.

- Salary: 12.21 per hour
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm
- Contract: Temporary
- Location: Bristol City Centre
- Full training will be provided with continuous support week to week
- No weekend work

Key Responsibilities of a Charity Fundraiser:
- Conducting warm calls to both new and existing donors
- Ensuring all legal declarations and compliance is followed as per the guidelines
- Achieving the balance of campaign targets whilst ensuring the call is a positive experience for the supporter
- Updating databases and logging correspondence accurately
- Offering detailed information about the charity and how donations are used
- Ensuring all legal declarations and compliance is followed
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Key Skills of a Charity Fundraiser:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and a strong telephone manner are essential
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Positive and pro-active work ethic
- Exceptional organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload
