Are you an experienced Commercial Manager with strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts looking for a an exciting and challenging role with a growing well established specialist installation company?

This a senior level role, reporting into the Operations Director, with scope for further progression as the company expands. Salary and package are also expected to increase after 6-12 months.

The role would suit an experienced Commercial Manager or a Senior QS looking to move into the role.

The role

Full time, permanent role with a specialist installation company. Bristol based with travel.

Management of a small team of Quantity Surveyors,

Negotiate contract conditions with clients

Ensure projects are being run as efficiently as possible

The Person

Academic/working background in construction management

Working experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS role

Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts

Experience in principal contractor management

Willing to travel
