We are hiring for experienced Administrators for our client in Bristol, BS16. It's a work-at-the-office role, so you must be able to commute easily.

The purpose of the role is to support our client with a high volume of work that they would like administered to a very high standard. We are looking for experienced people with attention to detail who can commit to our assignment for at least the next three months.

Duties:

  • Managing inbound orders
  • Quality checking information provided
  • Cross-checking details internally
  • Scheduling work to a high standard
  • Completing documentation with high accuracy
  • Contacting customers in writing/email to confirm details
  • Adding the complete case notes to the internal CRM system
  • Escalating any perceived problems
