Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a Payments Administrator on a part time basis.

You would be based in their Home to School Travel Team. This team arranges school travel for children, with duties including:

  • Processing personal travel budgets (PTB's) on the finance system
  • Liaising with families about the process
  • Setting up payment details
  • Calculating and processing payments
  • Analysing attendance data
  • Adding data to spreadsheets
