Your new firm

Our leading international law firm client is seeking an Employment Litigation Lawyer to join its expanding Employment team in Bristol.

Your new role

This role offers the opportunity to work within an expanding Employment team, handling a diverse caseload of Employment Liability claims as well as advising on wider professional indemnity and coverage issues. You will manage claims for major insurers and their clients, ranging from SMEs to large corporates, with values from tens of thousands to multi-millions.The position involves both pre- and post-litigation work, alongside contributing to business development, client initiatives, and continuous team improvement. It's a client-facing role requiring high-quality service delivery and active involvement in shaping internal processes and training.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an Employment Lawyer with strong Employment Litigation experience, ideally with a background in managing Employment Practices Liability (EPL) claims. While insurance experience is beneficial, it's not a requirement. What is more important is that you will have solid knowledge of employment law and tribunal procedures and be able to confidently deliver legal solutions and build strong client relationships.
