Your new firmOur leading national client have a fantastic national reputation in the Projects and Energy sectors and are seeking an ambitious Projects & Energy solicitor to join their thriving Bristol or Birmingham offices.Your new roleYou will have the opportunity to join this highly experienced Energy & Projects team which has an enviable track record of delivering complex projects and energy transactions within both the public and private sectors.You will be involved in providing legal support to your clients ranging from project developers and project companies, to local authorities and sub-contractors on a host of different contractual and partnership arrangements; whilst also advising on challenging governance issues and helping them operate in accordance with all relevant regulatory frameworks.What you'll need to succeedYou will ideally be a Projects or Energy lawyer with experience of advising public or private sector clients on the raft of transactions within this growing sector. Lawyers with a construction, commercial or a procurement background would also be of interest. Experience in energy from waste projects would be of particular interest.You will be an enthusiastic lawyer with strong technical skills and an ability to understand and work through complex issues, while being enthusiastic about embedding yourself in this growing and pivotal sector.
