NEW Vacancy | Corporate Solicitor | 5PQE+ | £120k–£150k | Bristol | Hybrid I'm looking to speak with exceptional senior solicitors with significant transactional experience in the Energy & Natural Resources sector, for an opportunity to step into a key role within an internationally recognised team.You’ll advise on high-value cross-border matters across the full range of asset classes - renewables, conventional power, oil & gas, mining, digital infrastructure and more.With a minimum of 5 years' PQE, you'll have a solid foundation in corporate M&A, joint ventures, and restructuring work. Experience working with or opposite infrastructure funds and energy corporates is highly desirable. You'll have the autonomy to handle complex work while also mentoring junior colleagues. The firm supports your long-term career with extensive learning opportunities via its in-house academy.
