Property Litigation | Growing Team | Range of matters | Up to £70k + Hybrid Working Well respected Bristol-based firm with a strong presence in the Bristol market and a genuinely people-focused culture. Looking to bring a Property Litigation Lawyer into their expanding team, due to continued demand and commercial growth. Ideally you will have with experience in litigation and/or property law, with an interest in specialising in property disputes. You’ll be working on a broad range of matters, from boundary disputes and TOLATA claims to landlord and tenant issues and easement matters. Clients are varied, ranging from individuals to SMEs, and you’ll manage cases from instruction through to resolution, including court and tribunal proceedings. The firm places a strong emphasis on developing their people and promoting from within, so there’s genuine scope for progression. You’ll also be encouraged to support business development initiatives, whether that’s networking, contributing to legal blogs, or supporting directory submissions, with help from a hands-on marketing team.
