Conveyancing Paralegal

This is what you will be doing

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be supporting fee earners with a wide range of Conveyancing and administrative duties, including:

  • Drafting contracts, preparing documents and managing communications on property transactions
  • Assisting with the full conveyancing process, including searches, SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents and brokers to provide updates and excellent client service
  • Using the case management system to open new matters and maintain case progression
  • Supporting with file closures, archiving and general office administration

The experience you will bring to the team

To succeed in this Conveyancing Paralegal role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a residential conveyancing environment.
  • A law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence using case management systems and digital conveyancing tools.
