Senior Paralegal – Property Disputes

Location: Bristol – Hybrid Working

Up to circa £35,000 (DOE)

TSR Legal are proud to support and be working with a highly regarded Property Disputes team in Bristol, rated as a national leader outside London, who are seeking an experienced Paralegal or Senior Paralegal to join their growing department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team experiencing significant growth, work on varied and interesting cases, and build relationships with high-quality clients – all within a collaborative and supportive environment. The Practice

The team specialises in resolving a wide range of disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, complex development matters, and cutting-edge land rights disputes for major operators. They handle cases across all court levels, tribunals, and arbitration panels, as well as advising on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

This role will involve supporting a number of clients across the team on various projects, offering the opportunity to work on market-leading matters with a premier client base.

The Team

The Property Disputes team spans multiple offices, with a strong presence in Bristol. The department includes Partners, Legal Directors, Associate Directors, Senior Associates, Associates, Trainee Solicitors, a Senior Legal Supervisor, Paralegals, and Solicitor Apprentices.

This role will focus on providing high-quality support to senior members of the team, contributing to high-profile and complex matters.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a Property Litigation or Property Disputes team is advantageous – those with commercial / construction litigation are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interest in developing expertise in property disputes
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • A collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise effectively

While the preference is for a Senior Paralegal, applicants with varying levels of experience will be considered.
