We are actively seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our client's team at Portbury Docks. This role is essential for managing communications, creating detailed reports, and performing precise data input tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, as it will be a core tool in your daily responsibilities. Training on our in-house system will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to meet the demands of the role.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage email communications through Outlook with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Produce accurate reports and perform data input tasks using Excel—proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Ensure the timely and precise completion of all administrative tasks.
