Our office is located in Avonmouth, BS11, at the top of the A4 Portway, near to the park and ride. We supply temporary and permanent cover of all categories of drivers to Logistics, Transport, Haulage and Distribution companies throughout South West England, South Wales and beyond.Role Overview:Your role will involve but not be limited to the following: Answering inbound calls from clients and workers Monitoring emails Processing weekly timesheets for payroll Assisting with any pay queries  Capturing and processing holiday requests from workers Checking, scanning and inputting candidate paperwork & compliance items Assist with entering bookings  Upkeep of the in-house system of client and candidate recordsThe ideal candidate will have: Good mathematical knowledge A good telephone manner A quick learner who can work off their own initiative An understanding of the importance of teamwork and attention to detail Computer literate (Excel/Word/Outlook)Your role will be varied and involves a lot of responsibility.
