Responsibilities

As a Water Hygiene Plumber / Commercial Plumber, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and compliance of our clients' facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues in commercial plumbing systems.
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures, pipework, and systems.
  • Conducting routine inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborating with team members, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing, including PPM and reactive maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including water heaters, pipework, and drainage in commercial settings.
  • A full UK driving license (essential).
Day-to-Day

Your typical day will involve:

  • Conducting scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure plumbing systems are functioning efficiently.
  • Addressing urgent plumbing issues and providing effective solutions.
