As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, compliance, and efficient functioning of plumbing systems for a variety of commercial facilities.

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Carrying out scheduled checks and upkeep of commercial plumbing systems.
• Reactive Maintenance: Promptly addressing plumbing repairs and troubleshooting issues to minimize disruption.
• Installation & Repair: Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing fixtures, pipework, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Compliance Checks: Undertaking routine inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Documentation & Collaboration: Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with clients and team members.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring the following skills and experience:

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
• Commercial Plumbing Expertise: Proven experience in PPM, reactive maintenance, and commercial plumbing systems.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pipework, water heaters, drainage systems, and other plumbing infrastructure.
• Driving License: Full UK driving license is essential.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining compliance standards.

• Conducting routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems perform at their best.
• Responding to client requests quickly and effectively, diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues.
• Installing or upgrading plumbing features and systems across various commercial environments.
• Working within regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance and safety at all times.
• Collaborating with a skilled and approachable team to consistently exceed client expectations.
