With continuous support from the business, you will have the autonomy to shape departmental processes, build and strengthen client and supplier relationships, and oversee the execution of mechanical projects.

Their expertise supports the delivery of complex projects, including listed, heritage, and special-purpose developments throughout Bristol and the South of England.

The role involves leading mechanical engineering projects from conception through completion, overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. This includes collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering comprehensive documentation and reports at key project milestones. The position also involves strategic planning for future initiatives and proactive monitoring of current project progress to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
