Residential Conveyancer Fully Remote (Exclusive Role)
TSR Legal are pleased to be working in partnership with a modern, tech-forward conveyancing firm to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team. This exclusive opportunity offers fully remote working, a flexible and supportive environment, and the chance to be part of a firm thats reshaping how conveyancing is delivered in the digital age.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of approximately 50 residential property files, handling each transaction from instruction through to completion with full autonomy. This includes:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- Title checking and reporting
- Liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction
Requirements
- Must be a qualified conveyancer, whether by CLC, Solicitor, or Legal Executive route
- Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
- Tech-savvy and confident working with a fully digital case management system
- A strong commitment to client care and communication
- Able to work efficiently and independently in a remote setting
