Property Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well-established and award-winning lettings agency based in Clifton, Bristol, for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join their energetic and high-performing team.

As a Property Manager you will be:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Coordinating maintenance with contractors
  • Conducting regular property inspections and producing reports
  • Overseeing tenancy check-ins and check-outs, including deposit handling
  • Organising safety checks and ensuring full compliance with legislation
  • Building strong, professional relationships with landlords and tenants

You will have the following skills/experience:

  • Transferable skills or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident dealing with the public face to face or over the phone
  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Genuine interest in property

Package: £27,000 - £30,000 (uncapped pooled commission)
