Property Administrator

Are you a motivated and hard-working individual looking for an exciting opportunity to join an established business, offering a great working environment and the chance for development?

Matthew Olivers are recruiting an enthusiastic and driven individual to join a successful and vibrant estate agency in East Bristol.

You would be joining a friendly and motivated sales team, providing a high level of service to clients and customers.

As a Property Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee office compliance procedures, making sure everything runs smoothly and meets regulations
  • Write property descriptions, upload photos, and handle essential sales documentation.
  • Maintain the company website, create engaging social media content, and update property portals.
  • General office administrative duties
  • Assist the Sales team and deliver a high level of service

You will have the following skills / experience:

  • Ideally a strong admin/customer service background
  • Be a motivated and driven individual
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Genuine interest in property and people

Salary: £25,000 + commission

OTE: £28,000 (uncapped)
