Reed have partnered with a national law firm, recruiting for a Receptionist to join their team in Central Bristol, on a full time, permanent basis. 

This role is essential in providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience, collaborating closely the Front of House team to deliver exceptional service to their employees, clients, and visitors.

This is an office-based role with shift patterns typically between 7:30am-7:00pm. The working pattern alternates weekly between 7:30am-4:30pm and 10:00am-7:00pm.

Duties:
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk, providing excellent hospitality and assistance to all visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls efficiently, ensuring accurate redirection to appropriate team members.
  • Address in-person inquiries with a commitment to superior client service.
  • Actively coordinate and support the organisation of internal and external meetings and events, maintaining high standards.
  • Offer administrative support to the Operations Manager, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Receptionist, ideally from a corporate or hospitality background.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, providing excellent service to clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
