Job Title: IFA Administrator

Location: Bristol

Salary: £24,000 to £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners

  • Prepare and process new business applications and client documentation

  • Maintain and update client records accurately using the CRM system

  • Liaise with providers to obtain policy information and valuations

  • Handle client queries professionally via phone and email

  • Schedule client meetings and manage the advisers diaries

  • Produce client review packs and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures

  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and general office administration

  • Support the wider team in delivering a high level of client service

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Minimum of 1yearIFA administration experience.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Proven customer service experience with the ability to communicate confidently.
