Are you a sales driven Branch Manager in the Bristol/Bridgwater area with Industrial bias sector experience working in an agency setting.
As Branch Manager, this opportunity is a 'lead by example’ role, leading the team to success and continual growth in line with the budgets and plans for 2025/26 and beyond. You will inherit a warm plan and train up a newly employed 360 consultant. In Q4 the role is all hands to the pump to help service /support a very busy onsite account in Bristol. There is also a seasonal onsite to manage which can lead to 60 temps out per day. Outside this you will be expected to grow the A-Z business in the local area, across temp and perm recruitment solutions.
Oncall is shared and will become less as the team grows. Bonus on temps is based on GP and permanent placements earn 20%.
To be considered and shortlisted you MUST have recruitment agency experience at Senior Consultant or Branch Manager level and have experience of working to targets, tight deadlines and managing others, as you lead by example yourself. First class organisational and communication skills are essential as is your ability to convert leads and do client face to face visits.
Salary up to £40k plus car allowance bonus and benefits DOE
