Join a fast-growing consultancy redefining the balance between strategy and delivery as a Power Platform Developer to bring your expertise to help solve complex digital and operational challenges across a range of industries and clients.
The Role
You'll work directly with clients to understand their business challenges, design impactful solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, and support the delivery of meaningful digital change.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the design, build and deployment of Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards
Run discovery workshops and translate business needs into scalable solutions
Prototype early-stage solutions to demonstrate value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to our internal digital capability
Contribute to strategy, innovation, and client-facing engagements
Work in line with GDS delivery phases (Discovery to Live)
What You'll Bring
Essentials:
Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Solid grasp of data modelling, business process mapping, and cloud integration
Confidence leading technical discussions and producing functional designs
A consultative approach and excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Experience delivering tech solutions aligned with Agile practices
Eligible for SC Clearance (must have lived in the UK for 5+ years)
Bonus points for:
Azure/AWS certifications or cloud experience
Familiarity with Defence, government, or regulated environments
Coding or software development background
Consulting experience or project delivery qualifications (Agile, PRINCE2, etc.)
What You'll Get
