I'm recruiting for an experienced QA Test Engiener or senior level Automation Tester to join a fantastic company based in Bristol. The role offers hybrid working, with three days a week in the Bristol office (close to Aztec West)  and two days working remotely.This is a newly created role within a brand-new Automation and Advisory Team that’s being established to drive quality and innovation across the business.The company is currently in the middle of a major transformation, upskilling their manual testers in test automation and moving them towards roles that are much more heavily automation focussed. As part of this journey, they are building a small expert Automation Advisory Team. You'll work closely alongside their existing Senior Automation Tester, helping to provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to testers and delivery teams across the business.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a central team that will play a crucial role in upskilling teams, improving automation practices, and shaping how testing is delivered across the organisation.
