As a Supply Chain Quality Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW) projects. Your mission? To ensure seamless transitions of parts from one supplier to another and introduce new products that meet our stringent quality and time requirements.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate: Work closely with suppliers and the Multi-Functional Team (MFT) to make strategic decisions and select the best suppliers.
  • Evaluate: Assess supplier capacity, capability, and performance, and contribute to their development.
  • Ensure Compliance: Make sure suppliers and products meet relevant regulations (EASA/ASR etc.).
  • Risk Management: Perform risk assessments and provide early warnings to the team.
  • Support: Assist the Supply Chain Quality Managers in resolving non-conformities and managing quality issues.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Strong ability to manage supplier relationships.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, including APQP and QSR/SARI.
  • Expertise in risk analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional team environment.
