My client, a Hotel labelled as theJewel of the Cotswolds, require a CDP to join their kitchen team.
Their cosy sixteenth-century inn brings together roaring fires, good food and friendly staff, and is home to 19 bedrooms, dog-friendly rooms, and three cottages. We are the perfect countryside getaway.
The ideal Chef de Partie Candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a CDP working with fresh produce.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional cuisine and mentoring junior chefs.
- Must have their own transport
