Administrator

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Administrator, ideally from a construction or engineering background

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Answering emails
  • Answering phone
  • Checking job portals for work and status
  • Updating job spreadsheets
  • Obtaining certificates from operatives, saving them and uploading them to the portal
  • Chasing outstanding certificates from operatives
  • Checking repairs/maintenance work has been completed
  • Ensuring parts are ordered and available for operatives
  • Updating clients on status of works
  • Working directly with end-user residents

Desired experience/profile

  • 2 years' experience working in a similar position
  • Experience working in a construction or engineering setting
  • Able to work at a fast-pace and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Able to demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate strong organisational skills
