Join our friendly and close-knit team, where respect and support are at the heart of our culture. We're seeking a dedicated full-time Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support not only to an individual but also to their family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Household Management: Supervise household staff, including nannies and security, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Family Logistics: Assist with school runs, holiday planning, and childcare arrangements.
- Business Administration: Handle quotes, insurance, asset tracking, and essential paperwork.
- Financial Coordination: Collaborate with our accountant and property manager on financial matters and property management.
- Travel Coordination: organise travel arrangements and accommodations for both business and personal trips.
- Event Planning: Take charge of organising special events and family gatherings.
You Will Also Be Responsible For:
- Acting as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking appointments.
- Handling expenses and maintaining organised filing systems.
- Keeping track of all vehicles, ensuring MOTs, services, and insurances are up to date.
- Facilitating staff-related issues before escalating to HR.
- Working closely with the finance team and managing staff rotas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a private or family PA role preferred, especially with high-profile clients.
