EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT: An exciting opportunity to join a leading technology provider, offering vital support to senior leadership. This role involves overseeing the busy diaries of the CEO and COO, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of administrative experience and a minimum of 6 months in a PA, EA, or Office Manager role. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • Supporting and assisting the Group CFO with all aspects of their work, including diary, travel and documentation
  • Anticipating and coordinating complex international travel arrangements for the Group CFO, including visas, flights and appointments
  • Providing administrative and travel support to the Group CEO and Group COO during visits
  • Producing documentation including communications, agendas, minutes, meeting notes and key paperwork
  • Coordinating Executive Board meetings across multiple locations, preparing and distributing communications
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal staff while handling confidential information with discretion
  • Assisting the wider administrative team with ad hoc tasks and providing reception cover when required
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Having a minimum of two years’ experience as an EA, Senior Administrator or Office Manager within a medium-sized organisation
  • Demonstrating experience supporting senior leaders with a strong understanding of confidentiality
  • Showing excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence to arrange high-level meetings
  • Being highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Being competent in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word (with mail merge), Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Access
