- Supporting and assisting the Group CFO with all aspects of their work, including diary, travel and documentation
- Anticipating and coordinating complex international travel arrangements for the Group CFO, including visas, flights and appointments
- Providing administrative and travel support to the Group CEO and Group COO during visits
- Producing documentation including communications, agendas, minutes, meeting notes and key paperwork
- Coordinating Executive Board meetings across multiple locations, preparing and distributing communications
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal staff while handling confidential information with discretion
- Assisting the wider administrative team with ad hoc tasks and providing reception cover when required
- Having a minimum of two years’ experience as an EA, Senior Administrator or Office Manager within a medium-sized organisation
- Demonstrating experience supporting senior leaders with a strong understanding of confidentiality
- Showing excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence to arrange high-level meetings
- Being highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Being competent in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word (with mail merge), Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Access
