  • Proficient in using our case management system and touch-typing from dictation using Big Hand software
  • Skilled in setting up and closing matters, printing documents for witnessing, and assisting with probate-related paperwork
  • Excellent administrative and organizational abilities to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a legal or administrative role, preferably within a private client or probate practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen interest in the legal sector and a desire to contribute to the success of our firm
