A growing organisation has a new opening for an Administrator. The Administrator role involves managing the office operations and supporting the senior management team with a range of administrative functions.
- Salary - up to £30,000
Administrator responsibilities:
- Diary management on behalf of senior management
- Monitoring the in-house email inbox, directing messages as required
- Preparing presentation packs for meetings
- Producing quotations and sending purchase order confirmations
- Sending out written correspondence to customers
- Sourcing and updating samples
- Drafting change instructions and collating project handover schedule agreements
- Liaising with the Building Manager and cleaning company to ensure facilities are maintained as appropriate
- Assisting with administration duties including data input, photocopying, document production, printing, binding, and checking of documentation
- Researching materials and supporting ad-hoc projects
- Collating customer feedback as required
Administrator skills/competencies:
- Must be a confident user of MS Excel/spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
